GUIDELINES & POLICIES

La Tropicale is proud to provide the highest quality catering services to our clients. We have developed the following procedures that enables us to respond successfully to your catering needs.

RESERVATIONS
The first step in planning a successful catering event is to book as early as possible. Please contact us to secure the date of your event. We request three weeks notice for booking reservations. If booking an event with less than five business days notice, a fee of $75.00 is charged. This fee is necessary due to time constraints with staffing.

BILLING
Customers are required to pay a deposit of 50% on the estimated bill at the time of contract. The balance will be due within seven business days prior to the event.

CANCELLATIONS
We require a minimum of three business days notice in the event of a cancellation. A cancellation fee of 50% of the contracted price will be charged for cancellations received within 48 hours of the event.

LEFTOVERS
For health and safety reasons, all non-consumed food items are the property of La Tropicale Cafe.
